Denver, Colorado · Front Range & statewide

Precision inspection. Certified data.
Built for critical infrastructure.

Certified infrared inspection of electrical, mechanical and building envelope assets for hospitals, plants, property portfolios and energy infrastructure across the Colorado Front Range. By hand inside the facility, from the air above it.

The deliverable is a thermographic report — every exception located, compared, classified and ranked for repair. Not a folder of photographs. Put it on a schedule and it becomes a program.

Thermal Inspection Program

Put it on a schedule

A single survey tells you what is wrong today. A program is the same inventory, inspected the same way on a fixed cadence, with findings tracked to work orders and each cycle compared with the last. It is also the simplest way to buy this: one agreement, one point of contact, inspections on the calendar before you need them.

Any of the three disciplines, or all of them, on one agreement. Start with the systems whose failure hurts most and expand once it proves itself.

  • One or two inspections a year on a fixed inventory, under the same conditions each time
  • Every repair re-inspected before it is closed, documented with a new image
  • Year-over-year comparison from the second cycle, so trends are visible
  • Member rate on anything additional, and priority scheduling after storms and before shutdowns

BILLED BY SEARCH TIME · AERIAL

Aerial thermal search & livestock location

Thermal location of cattle and horses for ranchers, statewide, and lost-pet search. A find is never guaranteed and results depend on terrain, weather and time since the last sighting. Livestock and pets only — no wildlife or game recovery.

Marketing footage licensing and construction progress documentation can be added to any aerial engagement, captured on the same mobilisation rather than as a second visit.

Common questions

Is the inspection aerial or handheld?

Both, depending on the asset. Electrical rooms, mechanical plant and building interiors are inspected on foot with a handheld imager. Roofs, facades, rooftop HVAC, solar arrays, substations, overhead lines and buried steam routes are captured from the air under Part 107. The method follows the asset; the report is the same.
